We start by getting clear on what your business does, how your day runs, and where you are losing the most time. No assumptions, no lecture. I need to understand your world before we build anything in it.
We open Claude Code and start filling in your CLAUDE.md together: your role, workflows, data sources, recurring decisions. By the end of this block you will have an actual working system with your business context inside it.
We recap what was built, identify what to tackle in session 2, and book it before we hang up. You also get a follow-up email within 24 hours with a recap and three things to explore before next time.
Some people come for one session and get exactly what they need. Others work through two or three sessions and realise they want the full AI OS built for them: the complete system, running in their business, handling outreach, client workflows, and daily decisions.
If that is where you end up, every dollar you have spent on sessions is credited toward the build cost. You are not paying twice for the same ground. You are building in layers, and every layer counts toward the final price.

No. We start from wherever you are. The only thing you need is clarity about what your business does and where you want to spend less time.
Not unless you bring it up, or unless it comes up naturally after session 2 or 3. The session is for building. If you ever want to talk about a full build, I will be direct about what it looks like and what it costs. Nothing is hidden.
It depends on the complexity of your business and what you want to build. Most people get meaningful progress in 2 to 3 sessions. After session 3, if you are still engaged, I will name what a full build would look like and let you decide.
Completely fine. One session gets you a real CLAUDE.md foundation and a working starting point. Some people stop there and run with it themselves. Others want to keep going. Both are fine.
Sessions are non-refundable once your time slot is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, do it at least 24 hours before the session and I will move it. Last-minute cancellations are forfeited.
Yes. The AI OS is industry-agnostic. It works for any business with repeatable workflows, decisions, and data. The session is about your business, not technology for its own sake.
You need five things set up before the session. All but one are free. The session is not about setup, it is about building.
Arrive without these and we spend your paid hour on installs, not your AI OS. If any of them give you trouble, reply to your booking confirmation and I will sort it with you.
